1. Scope

These terms govern your use of Mahjong Axions. Installing the game means accepting them. If you do not accept them, uninstall it.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game. You may not decompile it, modify it, extract its assets, or redistribute it.

3. Free to play — and what that means here

The game is entirely free. It contains no purchases, in any form. No content, helper or advantage can be obtained with real money.

In-game coins and plaques have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, traded or converted. They exist only in your local save, and disappear with it.

4. Advertising

The game offers optional, rewarded video ads. No advertising appears unless you request it by tapping a button. The number of videos per day is capped by the game itself.

5. Leaderboards and leagues

Leaderboards are entertainment. They are not gambling: there is no stake, no monetary prize, and no conversion into real value.

We may exclude from a leaderboard any player whose results reveal manipulation of the game or of the device clock.

6. Saved data

Your progress is stored on your device. We keep no copy and therefore cannot restore it. Uninstalling the game, changing device or clearing your data loses it permanently.

7. Availability

The game is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, absence of defects, or compatibility with every device. We may modify it, suspend a feature, or stop distributing it.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the game — in particular the loss of progress, which exists only on your device.

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property

The game, its code, artwork, sounds and name belong to AxionsLab. Third-party component licences are listed in the game's Credits screen.

"Mahjong" refers to a traditional game in the public domain. Mahjong Axions is not affiliated with any other mahjong publisher.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
